James R. Amstadt, DDS, FAGD, is an experienced cosmetic dentist who is well-trained in the latest smile makeover techniques. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and has completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education courses at some of the most prestigious postgraduate dental institutions in the country, including the Pankey Institute and the Nova Southeastern School of Dentistry. Dr. Amstadt is the founder of the Madison Area Implant Study Club and has served as the President of the Columbia Dodge Marquette County Dental Society. He is frequently asked to lecture on the latest surgical methods of implant dentistry and other advanced dental procedures.

Most recently, Dr. Amstadt attended the Advanced Bone Grafting course at the Pikos Implant Institute. This advanced course is designed for the clinician with prior implant experience to implement millennium technology and predictable, state-of-the-art bone grafting protocols for their implant practice.
Dr. Amstadt specializes in complex restorative dental care. James R. Amstadt, DDS, FAGD, completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He currently serves on the Wisconsin Dental Association Insurance Benefits Committee and the Dane County Dental Society Continuing Education Committee.
