Gregg A. May, DDS, is an accomplished, talented dentist who practices cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. May believes that an attractive smile is an important part of a person's appearance, which is why he strives to provide the best possible dental results for each patient. Dr. May is dedicated to providing the most advanced dental treatments and the highest quality service to his patients. Understanding that many patients feel apprehensive about dental procedures, he does his utmost to make each dental appointment as pleasant as possible by using the latest dental technologies. To better explain the proposed procedures, he uses sophisticated intra-oral cameras and chairside computers. And for those patients who experience high levels of anxiety, he offers sedation with nitrous oxide, which allows them to enter a state of deep relaxation and reduces their discomfort.
At M Dental Studio, patient safety always comes first. In order to minimize patient exposure to radiation, Dr. May uses sophisticated reduced-radiation digital x-ray equipment. This technological breakthrough applies 90 percent less radiation than traditional x-ray machines. To ensure complete protection of patients' eyes and increase their comfort, Dr. May provides them with protective eyewear.

More About Gregg A. May, DDS
Gregg A. May, DDS, received his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Dr. May has also completed a number of continuing education courses at the renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. In order to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of cosmetic dentistry, he continues to attend post-graduate courses and seminars, completing more than 200 credit hours every year. Dr. May currently serves as the Chair of the New Dentist Committee of the Louisiana Dental Association. He also serves as a Regional Director for the Louisiana State Fluoridation Advisory Board. Dr. May is an active member of the American Dental Association, an accreditation candidate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.
