Dr. Singer and his team have a passion for performing full mouth reconstructions after trauma and routine rehabilitations. This is why they offer a wide range of dental services, including porcelain veneers, dental implants, Zoom! teeth whitening, Invisalign teeth aligners and complete smile makeovers. For patients who experience anxiety when undergoing dental treatment, Dr. Singer offers full sedation services administered by a professional anesthesiology team at the GWU hospital. Dr. Singer incorporates the latest technologies into his practice, including the Waterlase MD laser, a high-tech instrument used to treat gum tissue problems, tooth decay and other dental conditions. Dr. Singer believes that laser dentistry is extremely beneficial to his patients because it eliminates the discomfort associated with needles and drills.
In addition, Dr. Singer's office is one of few dental practices in Alexandria to have an iCAT next-generation computerized tomography (CT) cone-beam scanning machine. Unlike traditional dental technologies that produce two-dimensional images, the iCAT advanced scanning technology allows Dr. Singer to produce precise 3-D images of the teeth, jaw and head, which offer advanced dental treatments for dental implants, dental surgery or orthodontics patients. The advanced iCAT imaging technology also provides patients with 3-D images of how their smile looks before and after treatment, allowing patients to see the difference in their teeth after a smile makeover.
Dr. Singer and his team provide some of the finest patient amenities, including a relaxing environment, heated and herbal-infused refreshment towels, a wide selection of music and movies, and complimentary beverages.
