David Evans, PhD, MBA

Dr. Evans has directed marketing efforts for medical companies and surgical practices since 1985. In 1996, he co-founded an Internet medical marketing communications firm specializing in eye health. In 1998, he began developing online visibility strategies for dental practices, primarily in the area of cosmetic dentistry. He has helped dentists throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia better educate and connect with patients through their practice websites and other online communication strategies. Dr. Evans is a recognized authority on Internet healthcare marketing strategies, and has spoken at numerous professional dentistry and plastic surgery meetings. He is also the founder of VectorVision, which specializes in developing products for the standardization of contrast sensitivity and other novel types of vision testing.
Ron Walker

Mr. Walker was co-founder and executive vice president of eye care trade publisher Viscom Publications, and publishing director for Cardinal Business Media's joint publishing venture with the American Optometric Association. His 30-year career in vision care includes various positions with professional and trade publications and with an ad agency specializing in optical retailing. He was a founding partner of Access Media Group, LLC and is publisher of All About Vision®, an informational resource for consumers on eye health and vision correction.
Greg Johnstone

Mr. Johnstone has been writing and editing for Internet publications since 2003 on technical and healthcare topics such as dental insurance, dental braces, diabetes, malignant mesothelioma and primary pulmonary hypertension. Ms. Segre is editorial director for the online properties of Ceatus Media and Access Media Group. She is the founding editor of All About Vision. Ms. Segre has been involved in healthcare publishing for 13 years, and is a former editor-in-chief of Eyecare Business magazine. Prior to that, she held a number of editorial positions with consumer publications at Cahners Publishing. Ms. Segre has also developed and maintained websites for non-profit organizations involved in AIDS hostel care and homeless animal shelters.

A 16-year veteran of graphic design, Mr. Bagi has held art director, design director and creative director positions with a number of advertising agencies in the Philadelphia area. He was a founding partner of Beacon Advertising & Design, where he developed successful campaigns for such clients as First USA bank, Southwest Airlines, and Cahners Publishing. Mr. Bagi is president of Bagi Design. He directs all design work for Ceatus Media Group LLC consumer websites, including this website, All About Vision, Consumer Guide to Bariatric Surgery, Consumer Guide to Plastic Surgery, Your Legal Guide and educational portals for consumers who have been afflicted with mesothelioma or have suffered a personal injury and need a lawyer. He also creates all company marketing materials, such as screen savers and printed brochures, as well as Internet advertising for clients.
Jack Barrient

Mr. Barrient has directed health-care-related marketing and sales efforts for more than 25 years. During the last eight years, he has marketed programs to build consumer Internet visibility for surgeons and dentists who offer elective fee-for-service procedures. His background includes sales to specialists in LASIK surgery, cosmetic dentistry, obesity surgery and breast augmentation surgery throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Denise Mann

Ms. Mann has more than 15 years of experience as a healthcare writer for consumers on the Internet. In addition to contributing to Consumer Guide to Dentistry, Ms. Mann serves as the Editor of Consumer Guide to Plastic Surgery and Consumer Guide to Bariatric Surgery. For the past nine years she was a freelance health writer for WebMD as well as for websites related to conditions, such as arthritis and osteoporosis, and cosmetic procedures, such as facelift and rhinoplasty. Before that she was senior editor for the Medical News Tribune Service. Ms. Mann has received numerous awards, including the Journalistic Achievement Award from the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She has a journalism degree from Lehigh University, with a graduate degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
