More About the Dentists at the Germantown Dental Group
Todd Gruen, DDS, received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association and a Sustaining Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Gruen has acquired extensive knowledge by studying at some of the world's most renowned dental institutes including The Dawson Center of Advanced Dental Study, The John Kois Center, and the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education.
John Whittemore, DDS, graduated from the University of Tennessee, School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He is a Sustaining Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and was recently recognized as one of the Best Dentists in America. Dr. Whittemore is constantly continuing his education and collaborates with leaders in his field for further training. Dr. Whittmore has trained at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Education, The Kois Center and The Hornbrook Group Advanced Esthetics.
Mickey Bernstein, DDS, has practiced dentistry in Germantown for over 30 years. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee, School of Dentistry. He was awarded Accredited-Member status by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry*, which has been bestowed upon only six dentists in Tennessee and a few hundred dentists worldwide. In addition, Dr. Bernstein is currently a President Elect of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also co-founder and past president of the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an Alumni of the LD Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry*.
Jacob Shiloah, DMD, graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Hebrew University School of Medicine in Jerusalem. He is a board-certified periodontist who is recognized worldwide for his contributions as a teacher, researcher, author, lecturer and practitioner. He has practiced periodontics for Germantown Dental Group since 1981, and is a full-time professor in graduate periodontics at the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry.
